Over 21 Nobu Chefs from 10 countries around the world will gather to deliver the ultimate culinary experience. Celebrity Chef Nobu Matsuhisa will spearhead the first World of Nobu: the largest gathering of Chefs from restaurants around the globe. The food festival will kick off at Atlantis, The Palm from October 16 and 17, 2014.
For two days the creator behind the recognisable restaurant name will work with his executive and sushi chefs from locations around the world including Malibu, London, Tokyo, Cape Town, Milan, Mykonos and beyond, to offer the world’s best of Nobu combined with international entertainment in a specially created Nobu pop-up restaurant at Asateer at Atlantis, The Palm.
The World of Nobu will kick off with an elite cocktail party, featuring the finest in food and entertainment from a guest DJ this Thursday from 9pm-3am. Unlimited tapas from the Nobu Chefs will be on offer and the maker of Hokusetsu Sake (the preferred sake of Nobu restaurants globally) will be present doing pourings and giving special insights into the premium beverage.
