The government launches its official Instagram account to raise awareness about its work and activities throughout the year.
After Dubai Police announced the use of Google Glass while monitoring the streets of the emirate, the UAE government seems to be increasingly interested in integrating technology into its systems.
The new Instagram account, @UAEGOV, will include exclusive photos of officials and behind-the-scenes shots of work in government entities, according to a press statement.
