Silatech's #arabstartup Initiative

A wave of ambitious young entrepreneurs is sparking hope and opportunity in the Arab world. The regional entrepreneurship ecosystem has taken off to support them-indeed, VC investment in the Middle East has skyrocketed in the past two years.

This week, we hope to give the region’s entrepreneurship culture another boost.

From April 22-25, top entrepreneurs, investors, technologists, academics, mentors and governments officials-from Silicon Valley to Europe to the Middle East-are joining hands to empower our brightest entrepreneurs at the MIT Arab Startup Competition in Doha. Silatech is a co-organizer of the event.
