Narcy, a Montreal-based rapper, musician, multimedia artist, actor and professor, released his second video off of his sophomore project, World War Free Now. “Love mE (hATE me)” serves as a PSA of sorts, beginning the video with a barrage of news clips displaying images of war, violence and ruin over a span of 2 decades.
