Mix N’ Mentor is finally heading to Kuwait this October 22nd (register here). This Kuwait edition of Wamda’s signature event is brought to you by the Kuwaiti National Fund (KNF) for Small and Medium Enterprise development, and will gather a slew of entrepreneurs at the Al Shaheed Park in Kuwait City for a full day of discussions and mentorship.
Though small geographically, Kuwait is very big on Instagram usage, as reported on Qz, a rising class of Instagram entrepreneurs are selling various products such as comics, makeup and others. Additionally, earlier this year, Forbes described Kuwait as the next “Silicon Gulf” in an article on how the country is moving beyond oil to nurture entrepreneurs.
After visiting many cities from the region including Riyadh, Bahrain, Casablanca, Amman, Cairo, Dubai, and Beirut during the past 2 years, Mix N’ Mentor is organised for the first time in Kuwait.
