Masala! announces first edition of Food Fair

ITP Publishing title Masala! will host the first edition of the Masala! Food Fair at Zabeel Park from February 20-21, it has been announced.

The alfresco festival will feature high-profile chefs showcasing their talent live on stage and participating in live competitions to shopping at the Masala! Food Fair marketplace.

Celebrity chef Sanjeev Kapoor has also confirmed his attendance at the Masala! Food Fair. He will be hosting a series of interactive culinary sessions and will also be judging on-site competitions. The event will also include international music acts, food challenges and competitions.

ITP Publishing’s editor Kavita Srinivasan said, “from the moment our visitors walk through the gates of Zabeel Park they will be taken on an unforgettable culinary journey through the Subcontinent. Great food, great weather, great atmosphere, great entertainment…the Masala! Food Fair promises all this and more.”
