India-based Suba announced on Monday that it has launched its first hotel in the Middle East with the opening of a new property in Deira, Dubai.
The hotel operator said it is planning to launch three more hotels in the region by the end of 2017, without giving more details.
It added that the Deira property is the first four-star hotel in Dubai to offer tablet controlled room lighting and television facilities.
Suba Hotel houses 92 rooms and suites, with multi-cuisine dining options. Located in the heart of old Dubai, the hotel is in close proximity to the renowned tourist landmarks and historic destinations, Suba said in a statement.
