Family recipes and home-cooked meals are part of UAE’s deeply embedded culture, so why not infuse them in a restaurant’s official menu for everyone to enjoy?
Monte Carlo Stars is planning on doing exactly that. The Dubai Marina based restaurant will add a variety of UAE housewives’ culinary creations to their menu under the supervision of their head chef.
The novel concept seeks to introduce new flavours to diversify gourmet selections from any cuisine and any region around the world. Once the housewives share their own dishes with the head chef of Monte Carlo Stars, he will add them to the restaurant’s main menu, bearing the name of the person submitting it.
“The UAE community loves home cuisine. That’s why we decided to bring a touch of home-cooking to enrich the dining experience for our customers,” Ibrahim Al Sheikh, General Manager, Monte Carlo Stars Dubai, said.
