Hamdan launches Dubai Innovation Hub initiative

Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, has launched the Dubai Innovation Hub initiative to enhance cooperation with leading international companies.

The initiative has been taken to promote and develop innovative ideas and solutions in Dubai in line with the vision of His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, in making Dubai the most innovative city in the world.

Shaikh Hamdan asserted that the new initiative is part of an array of foreseen initiatives set under the umbrella of the previously launched Dubai Strategy for Innovation that ultimately aims to position Dubai as a hub for innovation and creativity for over two billion people around the globe.

Shaikh Hamdan said: “We are optimistic that we will achieve this objective, and we will keep streaming the project with a number of new programmes and initiatives that will stimulate Dubai’s innovation energy and assure its excellence in various sectors”.
