The Gulf Agriculture and Fisheries Exhibition, organized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries in collaboration with Trifoil Exhibitions Company was opened yesterday under the auspices of Sultan bin Salim al-Habsi, Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Planning and lasts for three days.
Al Habsi stressed the importance of the efforts made to promote the agriculture, animal and fisheries sectors.
Dr. Fouad bin Jaafar al-Sajwani, Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries said that the fish production rose by 22%, a record level.
