The new Al-Shaheed Park in Kuwait City is now holding regular activities and events like free yoga and film screenings to encourage visitors to come and enjoy the outdoor setting before the advent of summer. During the week, the Kuwait Healthy Living initiative screened nine Kuwaiti short films with outdoor seating.
Films shown included the seven minute short, Ignorant, about a boy who wants to know why the 20 fils coin is smaller than a 10 fils coin and takes a journey that leads him to the Finance Ministry to find out.
