The Dubai Festivals and Retails Establishment (DFRE), an agency of Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) announced that the dates for this year’s Dubai Food Festival (DFF) will be from February 6 to 28 across the city of Dubai.
The festival is a 23-day event that celebrates the Emirate’s emergence as a culinary destination. It will include celebrity chef appearances, food-related consumer and trade events, activities, and promotions.
The event’s main theme, “Find your Flavour,” will focus on the diversity and multicultural nature of Dubai’s culinary scene, and its vast pool of 200 nationalities. It will also showcase some of the Emirate’s best home-grown food concepts and ideas.
“The festival programme has been designed to highlight the range of flavours that inspire Dubai’s menus, drawn from the cuisines of the 200 nationalities that live in the city, as well as the traditions of Emirati cuisine and hospitality, an increasingly important element of our tourism offer,” said Laila Mohammed Suhail, chief executive officer of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE).
