A young boy who attended the Epsom Derby with members of Dubai’s royal family has made headlines around the world after his encounter with the British monarch.
A video showed the moment Mohammed bin Ahmed Jaber Al Harbi took off his top hat and approached the Queen for a handshake as she spoke with Dubai royalty at the world famous racetrack.
