Disney wants you to design a princess dress

Forget Cinderella’s or Belle’s ball gown. Aspiring young designers in the Middle East, Disney has a project for you. The company is launching a Design a Dress Competition, for girls aged 5 to 12, who will be tasked with creating their dream princess dress. The winner’s dress will then be brought to life by a real princess, Emirati designer Madiyah Al Sharqi, a shaikha from Fujairah.

To enter, participants in the competition, which will run from February 28 to March 19, are required to upload sketches of their dress on the Babyshop Facebook page.
