Badr Jafar, the founder of The Pearl Initiative and managing director of The Crescent Group, will be a judging panelist at Bahrain’s largest entrepreneurship award next month.
The Bahrain Award for Entrepreneurship, which is designed to recognise the contributions of entrepreneurs to Bahrain’s economy, will be decided by some of the region’s “most innovative business minds.”
Those include Prince Khaled bin Al Waleed Al Saud, businessman and entrepreneur, representing KBW investments, Wamda’s chief executive Habib Haddad, and Flat6Labs Abu Dhabi managing director Nina Curley, among others.
The panel will be deciding on awards in five categories – the Micro-Enterprise of the Year, Start-up of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Sustainable Business Award, and a People’s Choice Award.
