The Al Forsan International Sports Resort has partnered with the Abu Dhabi Sports council for a series of competitions starting from February 27.
Held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, ruler of Abu Dhabi, the Abu Dhabi Sports Council Sports Challenges aims to encourage UAE residents to embrace a healthier and more active lifestyle.
General Manager of Al Forsan International Sports Resort Rashed Al Qubaisi said: “Along with us opening the gates of Al Forsan and waiving the regular entrance and parking fees, we are confident that together, these activities will reach more people and motivate them to practice sports, as a beginner or an expert, and eventually always choose to lead a healthy life.”
The first competition of the event comes in the form of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council Grand Prix, which will hold its first round on the 27 of February, followed by the second round on the 13 of March, and the last and third round on the 3 of April.
