World Noor Foundation promotes cultural awareness through sports at Banyan Tree Al Wadi

The Basketball Is Life Youth Clinic is set for Nov. 13th 2015 in Ras Al Khaimah, Banyan Tree Al Wadi.

RAS AL KHAIMAH, November 6, 2015 — The World Noor Foundation announces that they will be partnering with Banyan Tree Al Wadi in Ras Al Khaimah for their first annual Basketball is Life Youth Clinic in hosting Al Rahmah Orphanage and RAK PYP in a day of special activities for youth aged 8yrs to 16yrs old, including a basketball clinic, painting with street artists and falconry.

DJ Amit P will be spinning tunes and setting the mood for the event. It will be an introduction to a series of clinics in other countries across the globe in partnership with local orphanages and schools.

World Noor Foundation strongly believes in its mission of illuminating communities around the world through the lives of women and youth by improving basic education, creating mentor programs, increasing access to cultural exchange, expanding economic opportunity and supporting social health and well- being.

Through streetball this series will explore the vital role sports plays in creating the perfect atmosphere for cultural exchange and awareness. With the vision of transforming this into a global movement and the support of Banyan Tree, we anticipate a truly unique event.
