Catch New York opens in Dubai

Leading restaurant brand Catch New York has opened an outlet at the Fairmont hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Led by Eugene Remm and Mark Birnbaum, Catch Dubai is the brand’s first location outside the US.

“We have an opportunity to be different and bring the NYC vibe, culture and soul in Dubai. It’s an exciting emerging city and an international hub where we feel it is perfect for us to be at, at this time in line with our expansion plans,” business partners Remm and Birnbaum said of the opening.,

The seafood restaurant was made in partnership with Global Hospitality Asset Management (GHAM), and has long attracted A-List clientele like David Beckham, Jay-Z and Beyoncé.

Its menu, run by Bobby Griffing, features a selection of seafood, meat and vegetarian dishes.

Its dessert highlights include S’Mores Pizza with marshmallow ice cream and dark chocolate.
