Dubai Expo 2020 has launched a nationwide design contest for its new logo, open to UAE locals or residents.
The winning design will become the official emblem for Expo 2020 Dubai, replacing the image that has represented the event since the UAE won the right to host the World Expo in 2020.
Entrants are invited to create a design that reflects the main theme of the event: Connecting Minds, Creating the Future.
The contest submission period runs until April 30, with the winning design announced on October 20th this year, the start of the five year countdown to the opening of Expo 2020 Dubai.
